Introduction

Welcome to bjliv. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjliv ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bjliv website located at bjliv.io, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and payment facilities.

bjliv is an online betting and casino platform designed for and made available to adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By accessing any part of the bjliv platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bjliv platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bjliv strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement across all services. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, making any deposit, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of bjliv is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal disability or restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts, you are not permitted to use bjliv.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the bjliv platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Own Identity: You must register and play in your own name, using your own payment methods. Registration or play on behalf of a third party is not permitted under any circumstances.

Account Registration

To access the full range of betting markets, casino games, and financial services offered by bjliv, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bjliv strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered account holders. You must notify bjliv immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bjliv operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawals exceeding the thresholds specified in Section 4. bjliv may place a hold on withdrawal requests until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by our compliance team.

Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bjliv supports a range of BDT-denominated payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bjliv is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bjliv, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bjliv account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bjliv does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three minutes of submission for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bjliv reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bjliv account.

Withdrawal Restrictions

bjliv may withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or required documents have not been submitted
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled
• The account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity or terms violation
• The withdrawal request is inconsistent with the account's deposit history or declared payment method

Bonuses & Promotions

bjliv offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a bjliv account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time period for fulfilment will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the offer is presented.

Bonus Abuse

bjliv actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to convert bonus funds, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and derived winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent account suspension.

Seasonal Promotions

bjliv may offer seasonal or event-based promotions tied to fixtures such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, or cultural occasions such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. bjliv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on bjliv — including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available sports — are governed by a set of sport-specific betting rules that are published separately on the platform. By placing any bet on bjliv, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable sport-specific rules for that market.

Bet Placement

A bet is not considered confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the bjliv system acknowledging the bet at the stated odds and stake. bjliv reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected, where market integrity may be at risk, or where the requested stake exceeds the applicable market limit.

Odds and Market Suspension

Odds on the bjliv platform are updated in real time and are subject to change without notice. bjliv reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including during live events, due to circumstances such as injury, weather disruption, crowd incidents, or integrity concerns. Bets placed at the time of a market suspension will be settled at the odds confirmed at the point of placement, provided the bet was fully confirmed prior to the suspension.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to your account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the time period specified in the applicable sport rules; the market was offered in error; odds were published incorrectly due to a technical or human error; or the event outcome cannot be verified by official sources within the required settlement period.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting on live cricket, football, and other markets is available on bjliv during selected events. In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay during which the system confirms the bet and the market remains open. bjliv bears no responsibility for connection interruptions, device failures, or network issues on the player's side that may prevent a live bet from being placed or confirmed.

Casino Games

The bjliv Casino section provides access to a library of over 500 casino games supplied by globally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are provided by third-party studios and are subject to the respective studio's own game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

Random Number Generation

All slot games and RNG-based table games available on bjliv use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of these games are entirely random and are not influenced by bjliv or any external party. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is disclosed within the individual game information panel.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are conducted by professional dealers in a studio environment. Live game outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the dealing round is closed. bjliv accepts no responsibility for connection interruptions that occur during a live game round on the player's end.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or disconnection that interrupts a game round in progress, bjliv will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to its state prior to the malfunction. If restoration is not technically possible, the interrupted game round stake will be returned to the player's account. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays in the affected round.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjliv platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, notification of relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the bjliv platform, whether under the same or a different identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with sporting events offered on bjliv
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment credentials
• Colluding with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes or to abuse promotional offers
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where you have knowingly misrepresented your location
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any component of the bjliv platform
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards bjliv support staff or other platform users

Intellectual Property

All content on the bjliv platform — including but not limited to the bjliv brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bjliv and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bjliv platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bjliv platform without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. bjliv holds valid licences for all game content offered on the platform.

Privacy & Data

bjliv collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at bjliv.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on bjliv, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bjliv uses industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bjliv servers. Your account credentials, payment information, and personal identification documents are stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

bjliv does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to deliver the platform's services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjliv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of account funds due to account compromise resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to technical maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from betting decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contained typographical or technical errors
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Device damage, data loss, or security compromise resulting from malicious software not originating from bjliv's own systems

bjliv's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

bjliv is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bjliv account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log you out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, betting and gaming will be suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing in the current session.

Suspension & Termination

bjliv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any associated policy
• Your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You are under the age of 21
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account restriction

Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bjliv account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon verified account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements are pending. Balances derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for any reason, your licence to access the bjliv platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect after termination.

Amendments

bjliv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, bjliv will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform homepage and/or sending a notification to the email address associated with the account. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the bjliv platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13. bjliv recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bjliv operates as a platform serving Bangladeshi players and is committed to operating in a fair, transparent, and responsible manner consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gaming platforms.

In the event of any dispute between you and bjliv that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter should be referred to our customer support team in the first instance. bjliv commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt and to resolving disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

bjliv does not accept jurisdiction in respect of claims that are time-barred, where more than twelve (12) months have elapsed since the event giving rise to the claim, unless the claimant was reasonably prevented from asserting the claim within that period.
